By clicking “Complete Onboarding”, you confirm
that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by the following documents, each as published on
the Domisa Treasury website and as
amended from time to time, all of which are incorporated into this agreement by

You acknowledge and agree that your acceptance of the above constitutes electronic consent and forms a legally binding agreement.
You further acknowledge and agree that:
- You are appointing Domisa Financial Services (Pty) Ltd,
trading as Domisa Treasury,
as your foreign exchange intermediary.
- Domisa Treasury acts as
your agent in facilitating
foreign exchange transactions through one or more authorised dealers, selected by you
and/or made available to you from time to time.
- Fees,
pricing structures, margins, and any applicable charges are disclosed in the Fee
Schedule and related pricing disclosures, which form part of
the documents incorporated by reference into this agreement, and may vary
by transaction type, currency, authorised dealer, and transaction
circumstances.
- You authorise Domisa
Treasury to collect, verify, process,
and share your information and documentation with authorised
dealers, banks, regulators, and third-party service providers strictly for
onboarding, regulatory compliance,
AML/FICA purposes, and transaction processing.
- You consent to the
processing of your personal information in accordance with applicable data-protection laws and
the Privacy Policy.
- You acknowledge that
foreign exchange transactions are subject to applicable exchange-control regulations,
authorised-dealer terms, and regulatory requirements.
- You confirm that all
information and documentation provided by you is true, accurate, complete, and up to date,
and you agree to provide updated information or documentation upon request
for ongoing FICA, AML, and regulatory
compliance purposes.
If you do
not agree with any part of the above, you should not proceed with onboarding or use the services.
